OUR STORY
We're Nick and Rachel! A husband and wife team that moved to Southern Oregon in 2023 from Colorado. Nick, originally from California, has a culinary background and Rachel, originally from North Carolina, has a background in loving and eating food. We really wanted wings and flavorful comfort food, so we built our food truck from scratch and opened in the Summer of 2024. Our wing sauces are named after emo songs because...well we love emo music and we can do that. We are also huge foodies and hope you love our recipes as much as we do!
